I myself would have to say the Spurs. It seems like they have been towards the end of the playoffs almost every year since 1999. Ha...give someone else a shot. Anyways when Duncan retires the team will finally be out of it.

The Lakers. My least favourite teams are always the ones that seem to win all the time (like the Yankees and the Patriots). I also don't like the Pistons and the Spurs.
I don't really hate any NBA team, but if I were forced to pick then I'd probably go with the Pistons, simply because they're a rival of the Heat (my favorite team in the NBA).

I hate the Lakers simply because I believe Kobe Bryant is a very selfish individual. The only thing he cares about is getting the ball in the final 10 seconds.

Not much of a Mavs fan myself, but I have to agree. Cuban took the joke franchise of the league and made it dominant and LOVED by its fans. If only every owner was so dedicated to his team, this league would be much more interesting.
As far as my least favorite team, the commissioner and his goofball cronies. I like all the franchises though.
