Yep, it's like the women version of NBA refs.nice to see some of the worst reffing in a while

What a dirty game. by Brazil. Nice pull down. and no card. Ref is horrible. Between the US mens and womens game feels like the Ref dont want them to win.
Did the refs forget to put on their contact lens before reffing this game? My god they're doing a terrible job. I have words to say about their work that wouldn't be allowed on this kiddie forum.

OMG what a game. Against all odds. Awful refs seriously but in the end justice is served. One of the best games ive ever seen.

Fact.
Suck it refs.
except for her left eye, theres something seriously wrong with that eye lolErika and the entire Brazil coaching staff should be slapped with lifetime bans from all future international matches. That stunt was an embarrassment.
I missed the game. ESPN highlights didn't show anything that bad. What happened?Erika and the entire Brazil coaching staff should be slapped with lifetime bans from all future international matches. That stunt was an embarrassment.

It was as bad as Oleg said. Late in extra time (there were probably ~5 minutes left) one of the Brazilian players (Erika) just fell down when nobody was even around her and for a couple minutes she acted like she was shot (it was to waste time). They had to bring out a stretcher to carry her off the field. As soon as the stretcher left the field she got off the stretcher and ran back to get into the game. She did get a yellow card for it but at that point a yellow card was basically meaningless.
The US scored their tying goal in the stoppage time that was added on because of the flopping so it backfired.
Here's video.

Hands down one of the worst displays of sportsmanship I have ever seen in a game of international soccer. I can't believe she had the nerve to come back into the game! Thanks for posting.Hope Solo is also more of a man than most males out there.
This game seriously made me appreciate and fully respect womens soccer...I was honored to be a part of that moment. Ill be catching the game against France.

Really, games like that make me wish I was more into soccer. It's just impossible for me to get into since it's hard to root for an MLS team because the MLS is a third-rate league and I have no attachment to any European teams so it's hard for me to pick a random one to start rooting for. So now the only time I watch soccer is during the World Cups and the Olympics.

Yeah I agree with everything you mentioned. It actually seems like the women have more heart than the men truthfully though. :P
