Before seeing his interview on PTI today...I totally thought Pacquiao was ducking Floyd. Then today the PTI guys ask him questions about it and Mayweather DUCKS the questions. If anyone else saw this tell me what you think.

He was tripping over his words BAD to lol.

Yeah, in ESPN the Mag they have an article about Clottey and they totally say how Mayweather used the testing stuff as a way to duck the fight with Paquiao. What a pansy!

I understand Mayweather is one of the best boxers ever, but that doesn't give him on an excuse to act like a jerk. This Pacman Mayweather fight has to go down!

I think he's just trying to create a character to sell fights, trying to be like ali or roy jones, I like his boxing style but the pacman is just more exciting to watch and makes you wanna cheer for him, dont like mayweather's character but I like him as a boxer, but if I choose between floyd against pacman, pacman all the way!

In quite hilarious fashion though:

PTI: Please, just say, "Pacquiao"!

Mayweather: (points at them) "Mosley!"

Funny stuff.

Glad people are starting to see Floyd's true colors. Did you know that Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotions refused questions from the Filipino media at one of the promotional press conferences for his fight with Mosley. Just Filipinos. Obviously he didn't want to take questions about Pacquiao. He sees Pacquiao as a true threat to everything he values. Pacquiao has taken away his title as #1 P4P. He has beaten common opponents De la Hoya and Hatton in more exciting and devastating fashion. Pacquiao has been fighter of the year in 3 of the last 4 years. Many people truly believe that Pacquiao can beat Mayweather. Pacquiao does not back down from bigger opponents such as Cotto and Clottey whereas Floyd has been accused of doing just that. So Mayweather and his father decided to begin descrediting Pacquiao by making baseless accusations of Steroid use. No valid reason behind it. Pacquiao never failed any drug test administered by any boxing commision throughout his career. They said that it didn't seem right that Pacquiao started his career at 106 lbs and now he's beating Welterweights at 147. Well, Floyd started his amature career at 106 and fought as high as 154. So does that mean he's on Steroids too?

Golden Boy promotions is looking bad, the way Oscar went out like a sissy looks bad, no wonder they say Pacman has a huge Latino following.

I just read something about Mayweather lying about his association with a guy involved in a Vegas shooting. Interested to see what happens with that. Anyway, I too think that Pacman would take down Mayweather, and that he knew it. He was trying to catch an edge and throw Manny off his routine. I don't know if you can blame the guy though, underdogs look for an edge wherever they can get it. For those saying Pacman is on something and he didn't want to get tested, well I can't completely so that he isn't because I don't know they guy. If Mayweather's camp had come up with something better than Olympic drug testing I might be more suspicious. The fact is that under these types of testing, either fighter can be tested at any time, up to the morning of the fight. Someone else made a great point that Manny has never failed a drug test, and that they both have jumped up a lot in weight classes.

First of all, I would never call Mayweather an underdog in a fight. Even in a fight with Manny, Mayweather has the speed and counterpunching abliity to give Manny problems. But then again, Mayweather never fought a fast and relentless fighter like Manny. I couldn't tell you who would win. I just want to see that fight. Anyway, the story is that Manny doesn't want to give blood too close to the fight. He feels that it weakens him. There's no scientific evidence of that, but that's how he feels. The last time he gave blood right before a fight was the last fight he lost back in 2005, when he lost a decision to Erik Morales. Manny did come back to beat Morales twice however. He was willing to give blood I believe anywhere up to 14 days before the fight AND right AFTER the fight. But Mayweather's camp refused that. They wanted random blood tests up to the day before the fight. The way I look at it though is, what difference would it make if they took his blood right after they stepped out of the ring? You can't hide anything then if you are hiding anything. On top of that, you have Mayweather Sr. and other boxers like Pauli Malignaggi, obviously jealous if Pacquiao's success, making all of these baseless accusations on Manny, so outsiders start to question it themselves. Forget about the fact that Manny has never failed a drug test approved and administered by all the boxing commisions throughout his career. Suddenly none of that is good for the Mayweathers. Why didn't Mayweather every push for these tests before any of his fights throughout his career? Before the drug testing demands, there was Mayweather's demand that he get a larger cut of the purse. They finally agreed on 50/50 I believe. Then the Mayweather camp refused last minute to meet with Jerry Jones and the Pacquiao camp in Dallas for negotiating to have the fight in the new Cowboy stadium. Mayweather would only fight in Vegas. The Pacquiao camp was willing to give in to that. Then all the drug testing stuff. It was like Mayweather always had an out for this fight. So with all the smack talking being done, I don't blame Manny for not wanting to be pushed around by Mayweather's demands. Enough was enough, and both sides moved on. What's disappointing is that the Mayweathers have accomplished what they set out to do to make Manny look bad. There are people out there that will always question Manny whether he is found to be clean or not. You have Manny who doesn't have a vindictive bone in his body, who stands outside of his house in the Philippines and gives CASH to the poor people in his community, such a giving person, a hero and inspiration to the people of his country, with unprecidented and historical success in his sport, the fighter of the decade, being named by boxing experts as an all time great, this generation's Henry Armstrong, a meteoric rise in popularity around the world. A singer and movie star in his own country, and possibly a politician. You know that eats away at Mayweather. Manny's polar opposite. Mayweather, who's all about the Money and himself. So the Mayweathers did what they had to do, to knock Manny down. Without actually having to fight him. Because, you know, Floyd's gotta keep that "0" at the end of his record even if it means fighting a naturally much smaller man in Juan Manuel Marquez.
