Its my first time using photoshop. Which one looks the best and rate both of them plz and who ever wants them, can have them.

for your first time they are good! I prefer the first as the second one is a little simple. If you want any help I would be happy to give you tips or recommend some tutorials. I also have some brushes I can send you on MSN

or new layer > Ctrl A > select>modify>border then choose about 2 pixels... you then use the bucket tool to fill it the colour you want

the first one is freakin awesome 9/10

the second one wasn't as good but still very good for the calm type also 9/10
