I was really looking forward to this game, but when it came out, it got so many negative reviews, people on Gamespot said it was bad, etc. I've seen a couple videos and the cutscenes look great, and gameplay seems interesting. Can you guys tell me how you liked it??
I havn't played it. But from what i have heard theres been different opinions. I know alot of people who say it uis underated and they say they love it, but same people say it is really (And GS).
I like it very much. I bought it some time ago. The only problems I see is that it is too short. Ppl is complaining because it is not a full RPG nor a full FPS. As I dont like FPS I liked this game. It remebered me of Parasite Eve 2
Rule #1 never listen to others when it comes to games make your own opinions... DoC was awesome anyone who loved FFVII will love the game... But, if you read what other ppl write about it you'll just lose out on a good game. Thats why I never read reviews... Like PSU all the reviews on Gamefaq say its crap i love PSU as much as I loved PSO... Do yoursef a favor rent DoC you can beat it in 2 maybe 3 days then make your own opinon on wiether or not it was worth the 7 bucks to rent...
DoC is great, now we actully have more of a background on vincent, and i have to say, WOW, i knew he had something to do with lucretcia ( for those who dont remember who she was, u met her when u gotten death penalty in FF7), but really wow. for some reason Vincent always been my fav character from FF7. If u can go buy it at a local store and unlock the hidden ending. Which of course pretty suprising, i hope im able to get the Psp by the time Core crisis comes out though.
I'll recomend you something. Never listen to other people reviews, remember that they dont think like you. You only has to follow whart your mind tells you to do. (That sounds like a movie right :lol:) No,no,no seriously, the game is so good, it have fantastic graphics and a great story (like all FFs)
I Just finish the game and it was great!!!! while it is not the same as other people say if u are a ff fan u sure want to get y' ur hand on it cause there a great fmv with Cloud, Tifa and Barret in it :D, Even if it was short but it was worthwhile and the Ending is really nice.

I played it... beat it in under 10 hours... and was dissapointed. The CGI graphics are amazing but the gameitself isnt that great... its a typical third person shooter and it isnt even the best shooter around. The controls arent very user friendly. The only thing that picks up the slack is the storyline and FFVII characters involved.
