I have no means available to post the Perfect Ending. I wish that I could! (SPOILERS) It shows Tidus and Yuna back at Zanarkand. He is worried about fading away again, so Yuna shoves him in the water, laughs, and states that he did not fade! I hope I don't get in trouble for writing this!
