Yeah, I played it first when I was really young. I couldn't beat it until I was older. It's good to go back and check out the roots of FF. I enjoy how the series has evolved over time.
haha yeah you youngins' suck... I played the original it was a pretty ok game well great for its time atleast... I played it like years after it came out tho... Squaresoft was hurting back then so they weren't a real big name in games...
Not only did I play it but I still have it!! I have the first 4 FF games for the NES & SNES. Plus I was only in my twenties when I started the great FF series. Man I feel old. LOL!! I also replayed it on the PS2 with FF origins. My 9 year old son thought it was cool at first but then got bored with it. Now he's hooked on FFVII.

Yeah, I played it back in the day. I remember liking it, but finding it really hard. It was one of those NES games you couldn't beat without help from Nintendo Power. Many years later I wanted to check it out again so I bought FF Origins when it was released and to be honest, I found the game to be pretty enjoyable even in this day and age. Its not as gripping as the post-FFVII games in the series, but its still a whole lot of fun.

Lets see. I am in some cave, don't remember where but there are like 5 different huge bosses that are really tough and I aint got enough HP to keep going for very liong with them, thinkI should have not went there maybe.
I've played it. It's not my cup of tea though. It's a little too hard for me, and annoying that you have to name your characters yourself. I can never think of good names!

WOW! I must have played hundreds of games!!
I still have all my NES games & the NES system. I break them out when my bro-in-law comes up from VA. Our sons get a kick out of how we play Blades of Steel & All Star Baseball. We laugh so hard our stomach's hurt. My SNES still works too but I don't have as many games for it. I never finished the 7th Saga. I got stuck towards the middle end & got disgusted after spending sooo much time leveling up. Anyone ever finish the 7th Saga??

I named mine my friend's names and me.
I always name my characters after freinds and myself usually.
