2)  Enslaving a young girl and used her as a living weapon.

3)  Resposible for the genocide of the Esper race.

4)  Actually accomplished destroying the world.

5)  Created a city of orphans.

6)  Killed General Leo.

7)  Betrayed his own Emperor and then killed him.

8)  Turned the Goddesses against the world.

9)  Created a massive weapon called the Light of Judgement that killed thousands.

10)  Ummm...did I mention his laugh?

same here. did you see the way he killed the emperor. it was very sick yet i was laughing. kefka can put comedy in the most horrible things.

There is no such thing as actual evil, there is only different points of view.
Those characters that you all see as evil I only see as different characters with different ways.

but i would have to say the most evil would be................. that pimp guy from FFVII i think his name was don corneo or something like that, he made me work my butt off trying to get cloud to be the perfect girl, then having to see him dress that way! that was pure evil, he also was a disgusting pig.
