Your favorite ULTIMATE boss?

By that I mean, ultimate bosses like Ruby Weapon, Ultima Weapon, Emerald Weapon, Ozma, etc etc... those extra hard bosses you have to find though sidequests.

My favorite is Emerald Weapon. I won the fight the first time I tried it (obviously knowing what was coming ahead, of course, though without Knights of the Round and such). It was pure luck, and I remember I was rejoicing after I won that! I also like the extra dragons you can fight in FFVI.

How about you guys?

Mine is Elidibs, of FFtactics, he uses Zodiark the last Esper of FF12. Emerald Weapon is one of my favs too, i beated him once using the Caith Sith three cats slots limit break. But i have to say that the hardest one is Zeromus.serpentaurus

Dude, Zeromus was ridiculous! The thing that nearly did me in were the Dead Bones. If I'd just gone in and hacked away at Zeromus until he died, it would have been over quickly. Unfortunately, the Dead Bones kept showing up, and I'd start working on those to keep them from getting too overwhelming, leaving Zeromus free to do terrible, terrible things to my party. Ton o' phoenix downs and antidotes to get me through that fight. Just ridiculous.

I was talking about the Zeromus of FF4, he is the final boss there.

The extra dragons in VI were fun. Also - that one guy from VIII. The one that you have to ring the bell in order for him to appear (in the last level). That fight is sooo hard. I never beat him.queen_valentine

Ultima Weapon in Edea's Castle, I think? Yeah, that one was a pain...... worse than the one at the Deep Reseach island....

i never got around to finishing him either even with all characters at lvl 100 he was hard

Omega is a walk in the park for me, i studied every single detail of him so i rarely lose a battle with him now.

Wow, way to go huh! Congratulations! Unfortunately I don't spend much time dealing with stuff like that; I usually win by luck, like the fight with Emerald Weapon in which I wasn't all that prepared!

Yea, Ultima! The only reason I actually wanted to beat the one at the research facility was because of Eden. That other guy was just way too hard. One of my friends had the guide and it had about two pages on how you could prepare for it, but that's just too much work and there wasn't really much of a reward. All my characters were at level 100 too!

I was hoping for more substantial rewards when I defeated him, if you know what I mean!

Ha ha Everytime i was that close to defeating Ulitma i slip and do a wrong move and its game over just like that. I also thought that the Dark Aeons on FFX were extremely hard not compare to Utima Weapon though.

Ya my favorite is the "Omega" Weapon in Ultimecia's castle in VIII. I had to get a bunch of Gilgamesh cards and refine Holy Wars off of them. They make you invincible and you just get to wail on him. danmccarthy2

Omega weapon is hard but i know his weakness. He dies with one hit, I use selphie's THE END limit break and he dies inmediately. I love that limit break.

That is a sweet limit break but it's so hard for it to show up!!

Mines would be Maya/eve on top of the chrysler building in PE1 and Omega in FFVIII, the one who comes out when you play the piano ... or something like that I don't remember much was a long time ago.

Yeah so u open the disc tray of your ps and it freezes it and you can scroll down to THE END :P
