Why do people act like there was a "golden age" of system wars. As if it was amazing becuase I just cannot see what would have made it so great.

Back then it used to be all about 'flamebaiting' and trolling. This made certain posts and threads unbelieveably hilarious because of the effort put in them.
Dont remind us. This forum has really gone down in ways. I wish we can trade some of the old fanboys for the ones we are stuck with now.At least people like Keywii and others would make sense and their threads you could really have a debate with.

People like Ownage_GOD, Shadowmario, avk, gs4u, Mattdayo, etc. were the true fanboys

I guess then with everything time makes the memory grow fonder.
Since it has been a long time now i guess that is just why it seems better.
