Every year on the 360 has been great for me. Not sure what everyone around here is complaining about.

Pretty terrible when you consider how many extremely lackluster years have to pass in order for the 360 to have one good one.

kinect is just ruining the xbox now micro soft doesnt care about its proper fans im suprised theres geats 3,halo aninvery announced and forza 4 if those games wont out this year or be announced the xbox would of collapsed and its fans dissapointed.

Yeah, not too shabby if you happen to enjoy the Kinect exclusives (which people do). For myself, the exclusive lineup was kinda lame, but I got tons of playtime from multiplats.

yea but you forget about the multiplats. dark souls, skyrim, battlefield, mw3, the list goes on and on

Actually if you don't like Kinect or racing or sport games(which I despise) it is only 1AAAE. GEOW3 is a good game but definitely not enough for a whole year for exclusive games.

Okay then, they can count. I have no agenda particularly (heck, I'm playing Ico Collection as we speak) - although my point was that CE is running on an entirely new engine.Ravensmash

It does have Online Co-op and MP (but it's more or less Reach's MP)

1st half sucked, but 2nd half is awesome. gears, forza, batman, battlefield, MW3, saints row. im happy with that.

gears and halo is all i need. other than uncharted and maybe LBP2 nothing from the ps3 side interests me. plus with all the great multiplats coming out who cares about exclusives???

Apparently, it's only running the graphics portion of the nwe engine, while everything else is the old engine. That's pretty much a paint job.

I'm sure it will be fun, but I can't see any reason to buy it if you have the original, especially if you have the oriiginal on PC.

It's not an exclusive. PS3 collections are not exclusives either. It's really amazing how hard this is for some people to accept. "XBLA/PSN games that are only available on one system? Screw em, different standards. Upscaled ports of games that came out last gen? Yeah no prob." :|

Considering an overall view, it have been a very good year. I didnt have time and euros to get some games i want like Portal 2, Dark Souls or Batman AC.

gears and halo is all i need. other than uncharted and maybe LBP2 nothing from the ps3 side interests me. plus with all the great multiplats coming out who cares about exclusives???

same here. nothing on the ps3 side interests me either except uncharted and gran turismo (which i have, and it sucked by the way). you take away Uncharted from their lineup and it looks rather weak IMO.

This has been the best year ever for 360 imo, tied with 2007:

Got a couple of top exclusives in Gears and Forza.

Got PS3/360 only games like Dark Souls, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Vs Capcom 3, Catherine and Shadows of the Damned.

Got PS3/360/PC games like Dragon Age 2, Crysis 1 and 2, Rage, Assassin's Creed Revelations, Deus Ex, Arkham City, Skyrim and LA Noire.

Got PC/360 only games like Tropico 4 and the Witcher 2.

Got XBLA games like Outland, Ms Splosion Man, Bastion, Dishwasher, Toy Soldiers, etc.

Hell, it even got the first Kinect games that look remotely interesting to me, Child Of Eden and Gunstringer!And it's getting platformer games in Rayman and Sonic... Platformers on teh 360!!! That aren't arcade games!!! JESUS!!!

In the metagame of "Only exclusives count! But also, no Kinect!" 360 had a poor year.

But in the reality of "not every multiplat comes out everywhere, aka 360 is the only platform that will get both Dark Souls and The Witcher 2" then it's an amazing year. I actually can't handle being parted from my 360 right now. (Hence why I'm on here raving instead of playing all these games, as some smart alec might point out :P)

Absolutely not a bad year at all, but the PS3 had ANOTHER fantastic year!!!
