The first month of PSN Plus content is already worth the price tag.

the only thing on that list i would want would be Wipeout HD. and i own that already. the rest is just crap really

I got the 1 year membership + 3 months i got 15 months and already got more than i payed for. personally i liking the PSN+. cant wait to see what they'll offer for next week as the new month will start so a whole new list

It would be really nice for MS to offer something similar to Gold members, such as free DLC, free Avatar items, discounts on XBLA games and free full-game trials... but all the time. Then I might have a reason to pay for it.

Not to mention, Wipeout HD is a great game, Fieldrunners is a decent tower defense game, Kahoots has a couple neat ideas but a very annoying soundtrack, and Critter Crunch got generally good reviews (mia for GS, though). Seems like a pretty good $4.16 spent to me.

It's an excellent deal, but it's just a matter if people like what they are getting.

I did read they will be offering more content every month, so that's pretty snazzy for those that sign up.

i have to say i'm glad the ps3 guys can finally see where i was coming from for the last 5 years when i was going on in every xbl is a rip topic about what a chintzy little amount on money $50 a year is if it is for something you think is worth it.

both ps+ and xbl total out to $8 or so a month which is 27 freaking cents a day for both which is less money than you could find in the street a day if you are looking for it.

ps+ and xbl cost together literally = chump change.

And the best thing is, it's all free!!

As someone who doesn't buy games off PSN, except a few like Megaman 10, the service has been decent so far. I didn't have any of the free games so I got all of them and I must say Wipeout HD and Critter Crunch are a lot of fun :D.

edit: Also Fallen Star isn't free anymore I think I missed that :(.

I didn't know about age of zombies in the past and I didn't care for it but now after seeing it as free DL on the PS store, I downloaded it and its one of the best DL games so much stupid fun game I mean T-rex zombie thats some hot **** right there lol.

The only thing I am interested in is Critter Crunch.

Most people are going to say they don't care for any of those games, but still they can't really deny that it isn't a good deal I mean you get some pretty good "free" games and free dlc which is always nice I think. I'm still not sure about getting PSN+ myself though.

All tahts nice for peopel that want it, but I dont want all of that. The only thing I would maybe want out of that stuff is the free Wipeout HD. But that was about it. So far, not impressed, but hey, its only the first month. I think I heard someone have the theory taht SONY have the 3 free months with the year subscription because SONY knows the first 3 months are kinda going to be lame. Again, its conspiracey theory nonsense, but could be true.
