147 New Forza 2 Images

Yes you read right, 147.

 Looks good, but the cars have alot of jaggies. Hopefully you cant notice that in motion.

I know im going to get a alot of **** for this but here we go anyway. The graphics are actually underwhelming, especially the glass/headlights. The cars are all too shiny and reflective. This is one of the pictures that im talking about:

The PGR3 screenshots have a much more "real" feel to them.  They are not over reflective or shiny/bright.  Here is a pic of PGR3 im not sure if it in game or not, but here:

As you see in the picture its not so shny etc and has a better feel to it.

Now here's the part where you get mad.  The same applies when look at GTHD (thats right i said it) The cars are not super shiny, etc.   the glass does not look wierd, nor is there an ass load of jaggies which seem to be a problem with forza 2, all the car models seem that way, or mabey just the 30 pics i checked out.

Regardless i will still be picking up Forza 2 and GT5 when they come out. 

Those "jaggies" come from the picture itself, if you were playing this on your TV then you probably wouldnt see these "jaggies".

Anyways if the game really looked that bad/had all of those jaggies, then that will be mentioned in reviews.

EDIT: They could also be from the display that they were using.

To the guy that posted the PGR 3 pics, on my non-widescreen monitor, the game takes up the whole screen and everything looks "jaggied" but when you go into Photo Mode the cars/game look great with no jaggies at all.

the bottom line is : even if Forza 2 flops on all other gaming sites on GS it will get above 9.0

Those were fakeboys or Sony fanboys denying GeOW graphical greatness.  Forza 2 most definitely has jaggies in those pics.  and the trees in the distance on some of those pics are really low res and look terrible.  Sorry.

wow those are really bad, I guess all those offical pics that were shown earlier were a bit touched up....these are down right ugly compared to the other ones.

Forza 2 has great graphics.

This pictures are probably bad taken and very bad quality.

I remember when all this game sites and fame magazins got the Forza 1 and they took some pictures, they also looked horrible but when i got the game and put it in i was impressed and the same will be with Forza 2, don't let mess up you mind because of this crap pictures, the game will look awesome.

Nobody cares because most of us Sim Racing fans know Forza MS2 will be an incredible game, just like the 1st game.

I don't think the pictures above are gameplay screens.  but anyways... 

i'm suprised how sub par this game looks judging by those 147 screens.  It doesn't have that photo-realistic look that Project Gotham has.   I'll still pick it up because of the amount of cars, but i'm definetly a little dissapointed looking at those screens.

I've played Gears of War and it has a fair amount of aliasing. Unreal Engine 3 is unable to perform MSAA in DX9 due to its deferred shading system which forces developers to resort to other methods such as blurring to smooth out the image. (From what I've read, MSAA is possible with a deferred shading system in DX10.)
