The only GT I played was GT3 Aspec I didn't really like it but I might want to try to get into the series that was about 12 years ago.

My tastes have changed since then.

It's time to hail the new king of the racing genre: Forza Motorsport.

Best racing series ever made. I trust you Kazunori please don't make GT6 on PS3, drop dat megaton.

GT3 and to a lesser extent GT4 were both good games, GT5 was and in my opinion atleast still is a big disappointment. PD tried to do too much and ended up a 'jack of all trades, master of none' in their once great game.

PD need to either stop with all the other pointless stuff like nascar or the pointless special events (karting, top gear VW van race?!?? etc etc) and concentrate on making the core game great again with quality cars and circuits or hire many more staff to actually make all the other stuff good and worth having in the game.

I enjoyed GT5 as it was my first GT game hopefully GT6 is better (no upscaled PS2 car models)

No, im sick and tired of these hd collections of old games we already played, how about some new original games that we havent played instead of rehashing old stuff from a decade ago or sometimes more ago.

The announcement will be them apologizing for letting Turn 10 tear them a new one this gen. Actually Grid beat it pretty bad as well. People who played GT5 and Forza both know what I am talking about. GT5 was a lazy developed p.o.s.

Anyways I don't care for HD collections and besides, I have 3 backwards compatible PS3s to play them in HD anyways.

GT6 needs to get things right.

But I think if I played it now that I have more experience with racing sims I would probably like it.

I have Forza 3 and GT5 and Forza 3 is better, aren't opinions AWESOME.

Fair enough. If you can start from GT3 and then GT4/GT5...they're AMAZING games.

Make GT6 for PS4 and i may be interested. Let's just hope PD take some notes from T10 and Forza series :twisted:

If Sony can get GT6 out for the PS4 launch then they've already won the next generation.

You sir, have no taste whatsoever. I expect this from kids that don't know how to play racing games and just enjoy the broken item system of Mario Kart because of how luck based it is. Like how kids love playing Rock Paper Scissors. Mario Kart is the rock paper scissors of racing games. But on a game website like this I'd expect people to have at least some standards.

GT5 was a huge disappointment..POLY has let me down since GT3...

I bet GT6 prologue will be on the PS3 due to its user base and then a few years down the road when the PS4 base gets up there GT6 will release on it. 

It's always funny to hear a few tools on here call GT or Forza "sims".

Real with CG cars (from GT1 to Gt5) superimposed is my guess.

The most important part:

I curious what the car is, kind of want to say Aston Martin or maybe even Jaguar since the reveal will be done at Silverstone (makes me think the car is English) the body style is also similar except for that subtle wing at the back.
