What a blind follower you are.
Awesome reasoning there as well. I, personally, am a gamer and care about what every gaming site has to say and add. Going by just one site is foolish. Furthermore, I constantly see people post scores that other websites gave a hyped game. Seems like they do matter. If only gamespot matters, by the way, then we're only allowed to comment on the news that gamespot posts as well, right? Every other piece of news from another site would be a lie or something, correct? Or do we have a double standard there?

What are you babbling about?
I never said I don't pay attention to what other websites have to say, so please don't make assumptions. However, this is a Gamespot forum and thus only Gamespot matters here. Sure you can post other scores here, but in the end a games worth on System Wars is decided by the Gamespot score.
What I think about games and the websites I trust for reviews in real life differ from what holds true here in System Wars. You can run around waving Game Ranking scores in the air all night long, but it won't help you and no one will care. This is about winning. There are teams for all sides and there are teams who take multiple or all sides. In order for a side to win each generation here at System Wars, there must be rules. The two most important rules to winning are that only GS scores matter and games, not sales will be the deciding factor (the latter was voted on).
Personally, as a lover of all systems...I don't care who wins. I'm here because it's entertaining. But there are people here who are hell bent on their system of choice winning, therefore...there must be rules.
