Game looks like a blast, Im actually alot more hyped. I think it looks like the most fun from Insomniac Games ive seen.

Looks mediocre and gameplay seems even worst

Its a platformer, its a shooter, you can grind, hang, wall run, double jump, roll, there's alot of enemies on screen. Creative weapons. The colors look awesome, i actually think the art style looks dope, I hyped it as getting an 8 here at first, but I'm leaning more towards a 9 now. The game looks fun... straight up if you don't think it looks fun I have to wonder what new IP's you think look more fun to play coming out this gen. The only thing i was worried about was the frame rate, and this guy seems to think it runs smooth as butter.

Looks fun as hell, a gumbo mix of lots of different genres. Not expecting a GOTY or 10/10, but I wouldn't doubt a 7-9/10.

Watched a (I think) one hour feed from Rev3, looks pretty good, only thing I found wrong from what I watched was the seemingly inconsistent traversing of the landscape, I think the player expected to climb buildings like Assassin's Creed much of the time, though at others I noticed he discovered you can grab onto the ledge of a building to keep going but won't round the corner. Overall I'd say it looked fun though, maybe not worth buying an XBO over but if I had one then sure, why not.

Visually I find it kind of ironic, I mean it looks cartoony sure, but I'd even go so far as to say it has that wholesome family friendly appearance of an old school (in the days of Gak) Nickelodeon TV show quality to it, contrasted with the violent imagery typical of modern day video games; there's an appeal there aesthetically.

as for me. I didn't even bother, the game might be interesting but if its not worth putting up with 7 more years of Microsoft's Services.

Insomniac should pitch something to Activision so they can go Multiplatform again.... It would be nice to get the good without the bad.

It almost seems like they are trying to channel Jet Set Radio, but the style is just so gaudy and try hard with this one.

JSR worked with it's nods to graffiti culture and 90's urban style. This is just all over the place. I understand they are trying to be as silly as possible but it just isn't appealing.

Honestly for some reason the game gives off that same feeling that a lot of those Kinect titles do when it comes to the aesthetic direction and how goof ball everything looks. Just hyper generic.

wow, you can really contribute, I thought you're only capable of bashing everything Xbox-related 99% of time even when it's uncalled for, by the way so that you'd know (since you outright accused me of being biased) I write predominantly about music and I frequently criticize / bash even albums that I get for free from the bands I respect.

I watched a Twitch stream today and it looked great, guy said it was very very fun to play. I'm expecting the game to get an 8, but for me personally it looks like a 9, game world is massive as well, I did see some texture pop in on the stream though, and i'm pretty finicky when it comes to graphics stuff.

A lot of frame rate drops. Not good.

Second, 900p be damned! The game is visually spectacular and the framerate stays smooth even with your characters frantic movement, mobs of enemies, and particle effects onscreen.

I wasn't going to buy the game but after watching some gameplay I'm sold the game looks like a lot of fun and I'm into open world games so i'll be getting this for sure.

Looks absolutely amazing but I wont have enough time to play all of these games in November seeing as the MCC is out then.

Yeah I suppose too many games is a bad thing mate.

Somtimes I wish I just bought a PS4 so I wouldn't have to spend so much on games.

This game looks awesome and is another X1 EXCLUSIVE that the Cows will never get to play. Well unless they own or plan to own an X1. Im going to call it right now.....Sunset Overdrive gets an 8 here at GS!! Haters are gonna hate however!!! Cows will say this game is a 5 or 6. Well that's because that is what PSBore games get scored!

Cows always hype XBox games to be a 10 so that they can try and claim ownage if it doesn't score that. Even if it scored a 7/10 it would still be higher than most of the PS4 games thus far but I can definitely see it getting 8 or 9.

Infamous got an 8 and probably deserved a 6 or7. Nothing at all special or unique about it. Just another open world sand box game except the protagonist has super powers. The overall look of the game was very basic outside of the effects of all of the super natural powers. The city looked like something from 2011 PS3/X360.

Again as I have said 100's of times before, if this game were a PS4 exclusive, the Cows would be screaming GOTY and LoLing at X1 owners for not being able to play this title!! FACT!!!! So now you Cows can eat it. Enjoy Driveflop and SackBoy 3!

Well buddy I have played Infamous SS and have seen this game in action and it DOSE look like infamous in gameplay, the number of enemies on screen doesn't really change that statement true or not. I'm the exact opposite.. So many PS4 games to buy from SONY, current gen 8 console leader, not sure how I'll fit in this game. First world problem I guess.

Looks awesome to me. I've been following Sunset since it's first reveal and at this point I really just can't wait to get my hands on the game. The most interesting thing I've noticed from these live streams is seeing how fast different gamers catch on to the game mechanics, some players are grinding jumping and shooting in minutes, while others take a good half hour or more before they stop getting mauled on the ground :P

I have my copy pre-ordered, just 8 more days :D
