Actually, if you take out all the Wii's Japan sales its still outselling the 360 and PS3 on a month-to-month basis.

Honestly its been complete ownage from start and up till now October for the 360. Halo 3 is the most popular game of all time, and Mass Effect looks absolutely amazing. The 360 has delivered AAA when hyped AAA. The PS3 on the other hand has had a miserable MISERABLE 2007. Now in 2008 I do think the PS3 will get back on track, but its not like the 360 is gonna fall of the face of the earth like the PS3 has in 2007. The 360 will have NG2, SPlinter Cell, and other good games coming out to counter PS3. Yes PS3 might win out with maybe one more AAA exclusive in 2008, but its not gonna make up for 2007 which is the year that the 360 completely owned the PS3. Also 2009 will be all about Gears of War 2!!!! Reyes360

agree 100% obviously sony's got a much better line up next year, but cows seem to actually believe that the 360 will have no good games coming out in 2008. time will tell, but i really don't see the PS3 overtaking the 360 next year.

You make it sound better than it really is...360 has had 21 AAs this year(like 5 of these were XBLA games though), ps3 has had 19(should be 20 since GS gave C:SOTN a AA on XBLA but never reviewed the PSN version). Both consoles have gotten 3 AAA so far this year. I wouldn't say 360 has "completely owned" ps3 in 2007...Certainly its done better though.ultima-flare

MS did very good this year as far as delivering the games for 360.

We'll see how they do next year when Sony has the majority of their top selling franchises released.

2007 is just a good year for gamers in general. And I'm a PS3 owner. There are too many games to buy even for a PS3 owner.

GH3 hell yeah a buy

Uncharted hell yeah a buy

R&C Future hell yeah a rental

Assassins Creed hell yeah a buy

Army of Two/kane and lynch/Haze/Cod4/UT3 whichever looks best to buy at the time.

Wipeout HD maybe

SOCOM maybe

2008 will be even better for us too though.
