2011 The Year of the RPG's Buying Them for PC, PS3 or 360 ?

This year is finally the year of the RPG's, we most likely have the biggest RPG lineup ever released within a years time, barring any delays of course.

Two Worlds 2, Dragon Age 2, Dungeon Siege 3, Torchlight 2 (consoles), Kingdom of Alamur: Reckoning, Hunted: Demons Forge, Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Mass Effect 3....

I'm sure there are some i forgot...sorry, but i can't wait to pick up all of these titles and more this year.

Which system will you be buying your choice RPG's for and why ?, i'm buying mine for PS3, because thats my only primary system and my personal preference.

Skyrim on PC, Ni no Kuni on PS3 (if it makes it stateside), The Last Story on Wii (if it makes it stateside), Dragon Quest X on Wii if it comes out this year and I think thats about it.

PC for me, but I will probably only be getting The Witcher 2 and Deus Ex in terms of RPG's though. Possibly The Last Story if it manaages to make it to America...and then hopefully Europe lol.

If only I was a WRPG fan. :(

Luckily enough for me there are plenty of good JRPGs releasing for the handhelds. So both fans of RPGs win this year, but I am looking forward to playing Elder Scrolls.

As far as rpg most looking forward to The Witcher 2 and Diablo 3 for the pc. Grim Dawn,Torchlight 2, and deadstate are also on my radar so if they turn out good i will get them.

Well, im not intersted in kingdom, but everything else maybe PS3 unless some of them end up bad over their. Bethesda has kinda botched every PS3 game they made besides Oblvion, and im not sure how the other games will handle on PS3. I assume comparable.

ME3 is the only game I'm interested, and that's if I beat both ME1 and ME2 before that (but I think I can do that)funsohng

I'll be getting most of my RPGs on the 360. If any jRPGs happen to come out that I'll buy, I'll get on the PS3.

I don't have a PS3 or an Xbox 360 so I couldn't buy an RPG for them even if I wanted to.

Which I don't. Because I like making good purchasing decisions such as getting games on a system which will allow me to mod them.

All those rpg's are just so much better on PC. You will get better visuals, superior controls, better interface and tons of mods wich extend the lifetime of a game considerably. PC is the way to go with rpg's in 2011. Also with shooters but hermits won't admit.

And don't forget Guild Wars 2 wich is an PC exclusive. This is is like an wet dream for every RPG gamer :D
