@ $250 the 3DS Sold BETTER Than the Vita in the Same Amount of Time.

Vita fanboys are always saying it has more value than 3DS, and that people will stand in line to pay such a small amount of money for such a sophisticated device, so why did it sell much less than the 3DS at the same price (before Nintendo lowered the price of the 3DS)?

Why is that? Didn't you guys say people would pay for more value? :?

Not to mention it launched in February (traditionally the slowest month for gaming) with launch games being of 'lesser' quality.

3DS is the fastest selling console in AUS as well, which is quite impressive given it looksalot like a DS but more expensive

@Bigboi500: As always, I love your threads. I agree with everything you are saying here. @shadowchronicle: just because you think vita has more value than the 3ds, doesn't make it true. To many people, The 3D aspect of the 3DS is a huge selling point. Vits is just another psp with better graphics, nothing new. Amin_and_Azizah

3DS would be better if it used the normal glasses 3D. Then we'd have a wider viewing angle.

People outside of these gaming forums don't even know what the PS Vita is.

And I believe regular consumers will compare it to products such as Itouch and IPad and other tablets and would rather buy those instead of it.

Sony suffers a lot of problems with Vita next month. It's priced too high for mass market, the expandable memory is too expensive for what you get, they have no system sellers and they can't afford to cut the price -- they have two different models and no one knows what 'Vita' is outside of the gaming community.

It's an uphill battle for Sony.
