2K Football game >>>Madden?

So far the 2K football game looks like it did on the original xbox. And despite how much I loved that game, I am afraid madden has the advantage simply because EA didn't have to take off 4 years from making football games. 2K games might bea bit rusty and I am affraid without the license of current players, how good will the game be? How can you have a career mode, or owners mode with retired and fictional players?

As much as I hate madden mainly because of how bad the launch madden was, I don't see 2K sports making a better football game until the monopoly runs out.

Im soly looking at gameplay and presentation, and you can tell they have worked theyre butts off trying to give you a REAL football atmosphere. The little things like players on the sidelines either holding you up after running out of bounds or getting heckled by them, pre game warmups showing the players interacting with eachother, the coin toss actually shows the players on the field even calling out whatever u choose, and lastly the animations destroy Madden they just look so much smoother then Madden.

You do know after you have played 5 to 10 years of a career mode all your doing is playing with fictional players anyhow.

Yeah, Madden looks pretty awesome this year. I might actually buy it this time around. The last football game I bought was NFL 2k5 for the XB, so it's been a while. :DTrueReligion_

NCAA Football 08 or All-Pro from me this year seriously check out the latest trailer of NCAA Football 08 on gametrialers and you will see that it looks like a much better game then Madden.

I would approve of 2k8 more if they actually made the teams more believable. I mean its cool you can create your own team and all, and I know they cant used licensed logos and all but I think the whole theme and stadiums look lame.

more like worst.NBA streets VOlume3 beats any basketball game 2k has.Idc how over dramatic the graphics are.in this case V3 owns it in both

u dont need to play a sport to know when something sucks.maybe i dont like playing sports games on consoles...but playing it in real life is better because its actual real graphics with no sucky game play.

2k has great gameplay when it come to their NBA and NHL games but MLB2k7 SUCKS! MLB07 on the PS2 blows out the 360/ps3 mlb2k7 out of the water. MLB07 is as realistic as you can get when it comes to gameplay and it has a career mode :)
