Cannot wait for this game! I watched all of this a bit ago and it looks fantastic. Reminds me a lot of BF no doubt, but like it was injected with a bit of Halo and then made into a massive scale MMO :P. I hope its polished nicely with little lag, cause I see me and my buddies having a blast (and owning!) with this game.

I love BF, but this looks very fun too. Why does it look boring? It looks heavily BF inspired.
All he did was fly around. The maps look bland as well.
He was showing stuff off in that vid. He later did infrantry and described how you will need to hack doors and such. This isn't a completely realistic gameplay scenario you know?

Planetside is not something you can just see pictures of and see how amazing the game is. You need to experiance it. Good thing it's going F2P so everybody can try it.

Was in the beta for the first one. Was pretty fun back then but that was a long time ago. I'm not seeing anything that really makes me excited to play this, atleast from that video. Didn't know it was F2P tho so I'll give it a try I guess.
Amazingly it looks pretty good. I had it pegged for a total sh*tbox game. Is it a standard MMO, you pay to play or is it buy to play? Edit: f2p, got it! I'll keep an eye on it but now that I know it's f2p I don't expect that much.
More like awesome paced sniper game. There's been tons of games like Planetside 2. There is only one Sniper Elite.

Can't wait for Planetside 2. The teamwork necessary in Planetside was what made it fun. So fun hot-dropping on the roof of a base with a dozen other troops, EMPing the defenses, hacking the door, then storming in and seizing the control point, then lining up to cover all the entrances. Or even better, in a base under attack, just holding for a good twenty minutes against ten times our number of greenies (people just running about without organization).
