360 Fall > PS3 FALL FINALLY CONFIMED!

Now that every single major release for fall 2008 has been released lets see why 360 beats ps3 for gaming.

Ps3-

LBP-9.0

R2-9.0 shooter which is really good considering how many shooters there are

Motorstorm-8.0 ( same score as Pure which is the exact same genre)

VC-not sure but JRPG's arnt my thing ( 85% on Gamerankings)

NOW xbox 360

 Gears of war 2- 9.0 which is really good considering how many shooters there are

Fable 2- Full blown action / RPG which scored a 8.5.

L4D- A FPS made by valve which scored a 8.5 when its only 4 hours long ( which goes to show you how much replayablilty there is and how godo everything else is about it!)

BANJO KAZOOIE: NUTS AND BOLTS: 8.5 full blown adventure/platforming game where you create vehicles and have fun doing it!!

EXTRA'S:

Fallout 3 on xbox 360 runs and plays better than the ps3 version thats why THE XBOX VERSION IS AAA, The Ps3 version is AA.

Mirrors Edge scored .1 better on PS3 than Xbox 360 so Ps3 version is the best one.

So now if cows try to run back towards LBP its basicly Fable 2 + Banjo kazooie OR LBP, Same with shooters its basicly Gears of war 2+L4D OR R2.

Assuming VC can get AA, that's 2 AAAE's and 2 AAE's vs 1 AAAE and 3 AAE's. So if you want to be........you know, correct, that means the PS3 officially has the slightly better lineup.Floppy_Jim

when I said home i meant xbox live at launch in general which I think woudl still KILL ps3 with "home". I still dont understand the point, is it.. is it supposed to be fun?

Only problem with that list is fallout 3...it's not exclusive, it is just a multiplat that happened to have different scores on each said consol.

to me, the PS3 fall=360 fall... why?

first of all, ima leave out L4D, cuz its not exclusive, and its better on PC(well if ur like me and you have a good PC)

and im also gonna judge games by average critic reviews, not just GS

As always floppy, you're as right as can be :P 

PS3's still looks a bit better, because of the 2 AAAs, and Valkyria is really good.

L4D is multiplat, coming out on PS3 next year by another dev.

And, I like how you added 'FALL' in your claim.  PS3 2008 owned 360s... end of story :P

So this is far from confirmed.

And its hilarious trying to resort to calling it the "fall" of anything, its not like I cant play games from earlier inthe year! :lol:

They can score the games any way they like, in the end it all comes down to what type of games YOU like to play.

Somehow Nintendo allways lands on top 'cause millions of kids like to play their games, and when the kids start crying, mommy and daddy just have to buy those games for them. :-) I personally find those games ridiculously stupid and would never play them, no matter how good their controllers are. The 360 has the most games that are appealing to me, so that is the reason why i bought it. And if the 360 is the far north, and Wii the far south, then the PS3 would be somewhere in the middle. There are some awesome games on the PS3 like MGS 4 or Resistance 2, and then again there are the crappy ones like Little Big Planet, as far as i'm concerned.

So, in the end it's a matter of personal taste, and that also reflects on every console's sales. Just because half the world ones a Wii or a Nintendo DS, does not mean that i will love it an buy it too. If i'm in the mood for a driving sim, i play Forza and not Super Mario Kart, and if i'm in the mood for some action, i prefer cutting someone in half with a chainsaw attached to my assault rifle and not jumping over turtles and eating mushrooms.:D

The Xbox360 is my console of choice, and the winner of every comparison with the other two, as the Wii or the PS3 is yours...8)
