why do you care how much it sells do you have a stock in microsoft or something? last time i checked its about games as long as a console sells enought to keep a good amount of games coming why would we care how much it sellsmastershake575

you should care about sales because its sales that makes developers want to develop for a certain platform. If developers feel they can make money off the console because of its great sales that means you have more potential for great games and you get a wider selection of games to choose from. An example of that is ps2 and gamecube. Ps2 had more sales and look at its game selection. Now compare it to the gamecubes. That is why sales matter.
