2oo7 without question is the year of the 360 in regards to next gen games. IN 2008 it really looks like PS3 is shaping up a really superior lineup that I dont see the 360 contending with. Im a lemming saying this as well so take it for what it is worth.

I'm anticipating the PS3 07 lineup more. After watching all of the trailers on PSN I'm officially pumped. Yes, I am sad ME and LO are not on the PS3. It's killing me (Not sarcasm) but I'll have to live without until I buy a 360.

Better is arguable, but otherwise he's right. PS3 has tons more exclusives under its belt, as well as some new innovations and a seemingly better online.

Halo 3, Mass effect, Bioshock, Eternal Sonata, Splinter Cell, Blue Dragoon, Ace Combat, Beautiful Katamari, not to mention Virtua Fighter online and Grand theft auto with exclusive content pretty much owns anything coming out on the ps3 this year

Don't forget nc soft will develop several new exclusive games for the ps3 adding more to its belt.
Did you notice MS was kinda keeping 360 08 under wraps? this could be because nothings there, but im guessing their just waiting to unviel it, so dont speak so soon.

yes im a lemming also saying that ps3 will have better line up but i believe that the 360will contend or put up a fight and lose in 7th round because remember microsoft had only announced one title for 2008 in their press conference Resident Evil and i think Too human gets delayed so with that saying we dont know what cards they have 2 deal in 2008 could be anything such as NG 2 or Banjo 3

Microsoft may not have shown much of their 2008 aspirations, but I doubt that's because they don't have any. For whatever reason they chose to focus their conference almost exclusively on the rest of the year.
the 2007 line up for each system garantees hours of sittin in ur room playing hours and hours of video games for both systems it jus depends on what type of gamer u are ut for 08 ps3 got a nice lead.

It's all a matter of opinion and personal preference. But I do agree that 2007 is going to be dominated by the 360, and 2008 by the PS3 (unless Microsoft unveils new IPs or sequels for the 360...COME ON MAX PAYNE 3)

Let's not forget Fable 2 and very possibly Ninja Gaiden 2 (to be revealed come TGS or X07).
I like both sytems line ups ive gotta give it to 360 just for sheer number of good games but im really in love with uncharted, heavenly sword and lair so its a really close call for me ps3 ftw in 08 though

I honestly don't think you are on your right mind. Microsoft has better exclusives on 360 than Ps3 THIS FALL no questions asked. Respectfully, for first party games, Xbox 360 beats PS3, but Nintendo beats both in balance when it comes to first party games....

Killzone is in the same stage as NBA Live franchise isL They need to finally deserve its hype. Killzone looks like it WILL get respect back & prove this time of being compared with better shooting franchises like Half-Life, Unreal, & the favorable to compare console shooter Halo. But unfortunately, I don't think it going to be breathed in the same sentence of great shooters overall with Half-Life, Unreal Tournament, and even Crysis. (Halo is simply a real good console shooter. In the field of PC shooters... don't even mention it)
