360 needs more exclusives.

Microsoft seem to think stealing sony's exclusives and exclusive DLC will win this gen. At the moment the only real 1st party devs are Lionhead and Rare.

Nobody is going to buy a 360 for tomb raider DLC.

They do need some better exclusives. They'll haven't had a good exclusive since Gears of War 1, and they're only getting Fable 2 this year thats goodplod2

You're forgetting the 3rd party devs that prefer the 360 such as Epic and Bioware.

I would prefer they build more studios so that they can develop more games, but as of right now I have been satisfied by them.

Well, don't forget that they did aquire exclusives before the Wii and PS3 were out. Those count, ya know.

Also, They may have closed/lost a bunch of 1st party/2nd party stuff, but they just need to buy Timed Exclusives and some Exclusive DLC and everything will be great.

Besides, the 360 didn't need 1st party games when it launched. After Launch, they went an ENTIRE Year with no 1st party games, and the sales were wonderful, remember?

Agreed. Games like Castle Crashers, Braid, Geometry Wars 2 or Alien Hominid HD stand as an excellent addition to the lineup.

Well more exclusives would be nice and all. Has long as MS does not close down Rare they will have the exclusives I want.

At this point in the generation and how this gen started (MS having a year head start) exclusives will not have a huge impact.

Less expensive hardware and a solid game library will win... ...MS acquiring huge Sony exclusives and dropping the price of the hardware.... MS is on the right track with both..

I realize that not everyone likes every game, but to call games "not very good" is pretty harsh, especially when the critics disagree...and gamers with an actual PS3 are talking.

Quite frankly, your post is rather confusing, all the platforms have good exclusives, not just the system you chose.

No, we here at SW use GS reviews, or even Critics reviews from whereever you want. You saying they suck is wrong,they are good games. You not liking them is usually due to not liking the genre...do you have a PS3? Either way, he said those games weren't good at all, and he was Incorrect.

hey SolidTy, how is Eye of Judgement? I am not normally into card games, but I just like teh whole concept of that game. I still need to get Culdacept Saga. teh demo was very addicting.too_much_eslim

It's really cool, but it does take time to set up(like 5 minutes.). It can be incredible fun if you have a friend to play with...Culdcept, I actually own, but it didn't grab me. I have it filed away, so I can try again when I need something to play. What I did like for the original Xbox that was CardBased is PHANTOM DUST, great game...but again, way more fun if you have someone to play with.

Eye of Judgement is fun against the computer, kind of like Pokemon meets Chess meets Poker (It's very D&Dish). It's fun, but it can get pricey if you go and buy a ton of decks. very Underated, but criticially it got good scores, which is the ONLY reaosn I even bothered.

You are insane, these are all great games!!! I own everyone of these that are out, and I just got my ps3 in april when gta4 came out. I love it, played the damned 360 at my friends house before making my choice, and did resarch to see what is the better deal with both games and functions of the console. The ps3 has superior tech, more built in, no rrod, very good games, playing heavenly sword and uncharted in the store last year was a blast, nothing beat them on the 360 side. I am a pc gamer first and foremost, but the lack of new exclusives for pc (blame M$/xbox and pirates for that fiasco) led me back to get a console after skipping the last gen. The ps1 was my favorite console of all time...

I played halo 3 and tf2(much better on pc) on the xbox and I hated how multiplayer worked. You lemmings praise the live for its great online, how is it great, because you can voice chat accross games? Who cares. I like playing the game I am playing not chatting with somebody else, while i am playing the game, if thats really important I can send a text msg through in game xmb.. Then there is the horrible 16 player max on peer to peer, through live.... that you have to pay for. Coming from the pc world where online is FREE..that is not what i want, if you have to pay for something you better get the best and the best is DEDICATED SERVERS like on pc which is what the PS3 uses, so you can have 60 player online. I would never pay cash for online service period!

Sorry to rant about this, but someone saying all those games suck is retarted! Just because you don't own the ps3 is no reason to bash its games! You probably never even played them! ALL those games are top notch! I love my ps3 and will defend it to the end. It was the best purchase I have made as far as game consoles, and I've owned consoles since the atari and intellivision back in 84' The only gen that i skipped was ps2/gc/xbox, do to pc thriving then.

Yeah m$ is going to loose out not having 1st party devs. They killed Ensemble, they could of put them back on pc development so a new age of empires could come out. but no they weren't part of xbox's new CASUAL vision...so they got terminated. :(
