agree or disagree? I dont think many of people are going to try and play the game on a crappy PC when you can have it on the 360 all nice and cozy plus it seems the PC sales are really starting to lag. What do you guys think.

Losing? Like how Man utd did against AC Milan? :P Pc gaming has been making billions, DD has expanded the market like never before and it still is THE market for innovation.[QUOTE="SparkyProtocol"]Steam. :|PannicAtackIt's amazing how many arguments you can win with just that one word.

I didn't play Portal, is a puzzle game and I hate puzzle games. I'll not buy Portal 2. I'm not worried about the sales of Portal 2 in each platform. Valve thinks that developing for PS3 doesn't worth the effort and lately I think that playing most of the Valve's games doesn't worth the effort, also. A perfect balance.

"Doesn't?"What the hell? Challenged by lemmings too now, are we?
When you say "crappy PCs", did you consider the fact that:
a) The avarage mid-range PC houses hardware many times more powerful than the Xbox 360?
b) Valve's Source engine (which is most likely to be used for the Portal sequel) is very well optimized to run on older, less powerful PCs?
... because I get the feeling you didn't.
Now, sales are a different story, although I believe this will sell quite well on Steam at least. Not to mention the mod support and overall customizability, which is reason enough for me to go with the PC version. :)

Naughty dog thinks that developing for xbox360 and Pc isn't worth the effort and lately I think that playing most of the naughty dog's games doesn't worth the effort, also. A perfect balance.nahh valve games are overrated, i still dont got my free portal 1. Its not even worth the registration on steam lol.
Does it matter? Play the game and enjoy it, who cares how much it sells?kittyloaf69Coming from teh cow haha

Why do you refer your 360 to "nice and cozy"? and PC "crap"... Unless you described your personal situation on gaming.
Wait... have you played it? It's possibly one of the most creative and fun puzzle games this gen.nahh valve games are overrated, i still dont got my free portal 1. Its not even worth the registration on steam lol.

Valve games sell like hot cakes on steam. And there's roughly 20 million steam account holders.if even 20% of the user base buy portal.that's 4 million direct sales, going straight into Valve's pocket, and by passing publisher fees.I'm sure Portal will make more money from PC than console.
