360, ps3 which one?

i can get anyone but i dont know which. any advice?

I've said it literally hundreds of times,but here we go again...

Get the console that has more games you want.

Both are great buys in my opinon. You cant go wrong with either one.

Personally for me I would go w/ the PS3

Ps3-ps1,ps2,ps3,blu ray, dvd cd,mp3,photos, dvd ripper, personal PC, emulate PC games, bult in wifi, free internet, psp/ipod charger/connectivity, csn sync videos and music to your psp, ipod, many other functions as well. The games are sparce now but that will soon change.

360- probably the best console on the market now, best games mostly shooters not thats a bad thing but in away does need a bit more variety, most of the capabilities as the PS3, XBL market place, XBL are all amazing, Dashboard is really organized, compatablie w/ xbox games as long as you have the hard drive and connect it to the internet for update

As for the question, it all depends on what kind of games you like. For example, if you like shooters, I'd get a 360.

well its basically like this: xbox live costs $50 a year (i think) and ps3 online is free. but xbox live has beter online features. if you dont mind paying every year for great online, then the 360 is a better deal. but if u want decent online and u dont want to spend any extra cash, then the ps3 is a better deal for online. now for pricing, actually i think the ps3 has a better deal. the ps3 doesnt have the red rings of death, free online, and the best part, a blu ray player. dont need to spend $1000 on a blu ray player, u can just buy a ps3 for $600! the 360 just comes with a dvd player. the xbox 360 elite has a 120 GB hard drive and the ps3 has a 60 GB hard drive. and for the games library, the 360 has much much better games. so its basically all up to u. if u dont mind spending extra cash on a console that has great graphics, a blu ray player, but not enough games, go for the ps3. but if u want to spend less money, great online, and a large library of games, go for the xbox 360. besides, the 360 has halo 3. but the ps3 has mgs 4. im gonna get the 360, but the main thing u wanna focus on are what games u like.

I'd say look at the line up with games and wait until e3 and you'll find out even more about the line upof games comeing out for both consoles but me personally I'd go with the PS3 since it has a variety of games where the 360 mostly has shooters only maybe a few family type games while sony makess it for every category but I suggest you make your decesion in september where PS3 will have some nice games to choose from while then Halo 3 is comeing as well so I say wait for the time being also MGS4 will be better than gears since it had a year after release too

My opinion is go with PS3 you'll soon have 15 first party exclusives in about 6 months you'll be able to use sixaxis to your advantage when Playing games like Lair and Warhawk and there pobably going to announce the price drop at e3 or during august or september mayb october.

EDIT: do you want a reliable console(PS3) or a console that keeps breaking overheating nd have to spend money for add-ons just to make sure it doesn't overheat(XBOX 360)
