For that matter, go drive a real car, go curb stomp one of your friends, go shoot your own guns, go fly your own dragons, go swing your own blades...
 Your comment was the dumbest thing ever. We're talking about video games. You know, their design is to immerse you in a world and environment replicated by machines.

You are missing out.
Perhaps the 360 one is different, it may have pedals or feedback. Nothing on the link suggests they are the same or visa versa.

Know what else? Xlive $50/yr SOE $0/yr
Know what else? PS3 is reliable and 360 needs 3 year warranty
Know what else? PS3 version of R6 vegas includes latest maps
360 version requires $10 to download them
360 fans pay more for things and have a less reliable console.
Yes PS3 costs more than 360, but it also has a lot more to it and is reliable with no freezing.

What the hell does that have to do with anything? go away.
Anyway, I'll be getting this for PS3 if the whole package is less expensive. If it's the same price for both consoles I might get the 360 version because a couple of friensds might split the cost and they have 360s too.

Because, you know, people totally play Guitar Hero to get a learning experience out of it.
Yeah nobody plays guitar hero just for fun it's all about learing to play the guitar.
Yeah, in which case you should spend $400 to buy a cheap, real guitar and a couple hundred more for the amp, and then picks and strings, and maybe some pedals, and then you can play your guitar.
Don't forget money for lessons and stuff like that.
Boy, I'm so glad I skipped out on Guitar Hero, because people totally buy Guitar Hero for the same reasons they buy a real guitar.

Nice point..i play guitar and still love the GH games.the 360 guitar has rumble! :lol:daveg1
Guitar Hero has never had rumble, and nowhere in the article can I find (without actually reading the thing, ctrl +f ) anything about any version having rumble.
Unless you're being sarcastic, in which case, I'll join in on the laugh.

Anyway, Rock Band looks like it's going to be awesome. I heard you'll actually be able to make your own songs, am I correct?

But wait, there's more! If you call in the next five minutes, Sony will come to your house and destroy your 360 for you so you won't have to worry about getting the three red lights anymore! Act now!

i agree with butter here.
you get a better experience with games that let you do things that are nearly impossible in real life.
SPORTS games for example, let you play as your favorite sports stars. Racing games lets you drive real fast without the risk of dying.
Guitar Hero on the other hand, simply lets you play guitar and sound real good. It's not THAT hard to do. just like in guitar hero, it simply takes practice... and possibilities are endless on a real guitar.
it's also far more respectable too, and the chicks.... c'mon man, a total plus.
another reason why Wii sports isn't that fun IMO. i guess Wii boxing is cool, because your face doesn't actually get bruised up.

Im not quite sure, I know you will be able to have "Jam sessions" where you can just mess around with guitar solos and such, but I dont think you can create songs, correct me if im wrong though
