360 vs ps3 my opinion

This is just my opinion and yes i favor the 360. But looking at the coming titles I think

Gears 2>Resistance

Left 4 Dead>Killzone

Banjo>LBP

Halo Wars>Socom

Plus the 360 has other fairly decent looking titles like Viva, Fable 2, Too Human, Star Ocean, Infinte discovery coming fairly soon. The ps3 has only announced Infamous, GT5. GOW was announced but seriously this was just hype. When is this game really coming? Teh 360 might as well have announced Gears 3 and Halo 4 because they will probably be out around the same time. This is all that has been announced. Yeah you can play Left 4 dead on the pc but i'd play it on a console and you can't play it on a ps3. ,

The multiplats are all the same. The differences between each system is fairly small when you look at it like that. But I think a better xbox live also gives the 360 a slight advantage. The ps3 is just getting movies. The 360 has had this for 2 years and is expanding their library, adding new features and better chat features. This is why I prefer the 360. I can understand people have different preferences in the games they like and might like the ps3 exclusives better but I dont. I think the 360 has more variety. The ps3 has 3 shooters, a platformer and a racing game. The 360's exclusives are more varied and different imo. If I'm rating exclusives I want in order it's probably Gears 2, Halo Wars, Banjo and Left 4 dead ahead of any ps3 exclusive. They just appeal to me more and why I chose a 360 and don't regret it at all.

I also think the 360 is outselling the ps3 nearly 2 to 1 in the US and more developers are going the 360's way vs the other way. I don't see any developers jumping the 360 and going to the ps3. There have been several that have jumped ship and are now developing for the 360. The 360 also has a ton of jrpgs and just got final fantasy which should help in japan. This leads me to believe the 360 is the safer bet in the future. Microsoft isnt going anywhere. There is a chance Sony could flop.

Like I said it has nothing to do with being a fanboy. It's more about what games i want and what i think is important. If it was called a ps 360 i wouldn't care. I had a ps2 last gen and an xbox and had a ps1 before that and a sega genesis before that. I think the term fanboy is way overused and people who accuse people without disagreeing or backing those things up sound ridiculous. This is why people who make factual honest posts get flamed unfairly by fanboys themselves.

Well let me justs say that I lied and did read your post. I just thought saying that would add a little F you to my post.

Second of all, the reason why I called you a lemming is because you are critizicing games that have not even been released yet. How do you know that Banjo isn't going to flop and LBP isn't going to be a breakthrough AAAAE title that you will love? Not only are you critizicing them but you chose all the 360 titles over the PS3 titles without playing anything.

I love SOCOM in an almost unhealthy way and even I agree with you. WTF is up with Halo Wars>SOCOM? SOCOM was the king of third person shooters last gen. GRAW stole SOCOM's art, not SOCOM stole GRAWs art. SOCOM has been around since the beginning of the PS2 and it's been highly successful at every sequel.

Gears of War 2>Resistance 2- I loved the first Resistance but compared to the original Gears of War it just didn't have that extra oomph.. The storyline in Resistance was more enjoyable but the gameplay in Gears was superb. This was a close one but I'm going with Gears 2.

Killzone 2>Left 4 Dead- I really know nothing about either other then some timed hands on impressions and trailers. Killzone was the perfect example of what massive hype can do to a fairly solid game. The 2nd looks jaw droppingly gorgeous for consoles and looks pretty damn epic, plus its gotten rave previews so this was an easy pick. Left 4 Dead looks pretty damn good but again I barely know anything about it and its not even an exclusive.

LBP>>>>>Banjo- Total joke lmfao LBP absolutely kills Nuts and Bolts at the moment and anyone who says otherwise is a true lemming.

Halo Wars>Socom- Socom is going to be great but Halo Wars looks like its going to be awesome. The problem with this comparison is your comparing an RTS to a TPS.....WTF.....lol Halo Wars does look better though.

Ok, that's your opinion. My opinion is I'm getting LBP and Resistance 2 when they come out and whatever other game interests me enough to earn my 60 bucks.

Maybe so but I'm serious. If the ps3 has these things i'd be buying a ps3. For a while there i was seriously considering it, but looking at what is going on i'm not right now. If more developers start to go the way of the ps3 and there are games that really interest me I'll consider it again. When mgs came out i was. When mlb 08 was out i actually bought one and played that game for 30 days and returned it because there weren't any other games i wanted. I had warhawk and a few others and they got old pretty quick. I'm just really not feeling what the ps3 is doing righ tnow. Resistance looks cool and Motorstorm 2 but other than that i don't really care. I dont play games that much where i need those games or anything. Gears 2 looks a lot better to me. Same with BAnjo and Halo Wars and LEft 4 dead. Thats more than enough gmes for me right now.

The Truth is Paul Pierce lol and talking the truth would be waiting for the games release instead of speculating right now on whether or not its going to be better then something else. If your not a lemming fine but almost everyone here disagrees with what you said just because you came into this thread with "bias". Like I said theres barely anything on Banjo or Left 4 Dead yet your hyping those over LBP which quite frankly looks amazing thus far and Killzone 2 while not proven gameplay wise visually its a nut buster. You can't say something looks better then something else if barely any information is out on the titles you mention.

I totally hear you on that. I just wish threads didn't need to turn into flamewars when I was just stating my opinion. I tried to be honest and fair. It wasn't meant to be flamebait. This is system wars. The whole point is kind of to give your opinion on various systems and their games and stuff.
