I don't want to know why you think which one is the best, but lets just see what the score comes to. So choose whichever one you think is the best system of the 2.
I get a lot more use out of my Xbox 360. I have all three consoles and a gaming PC too. I like the controller, the ease of Xbox Live, as well as HD gaming. Multiplats tend to be a little bit better on Xbox 360 as well, graphics and content-wise. Above all, I love gaming with friends, and Xbox Live really seals the deal for me. Exclusives? Xbox 360 has a lot more of what I want like Halo and Gears of war as well as the JRPG selection that I want. Final Fantasy XIII isn't exclusive to PS3 anymore, so I might even buy it on Xbox 360 when it is released instead of buying for the PS3. My PS3 and Wii are just collecting dust right now. I don't care too much about Blu-Ray movies since I don't buy movies.
This question is tough. As console the PS3 is far more reliable and offers more features. So obviously the PS3 is the better hardware. Though i'm not one to buy Hardware for mainly it's 'Hardware' features. I buy consoles for their Software. So if you're asking which console is better for Software, i'd go with the 360...Hardware wise, PS3.
360 FTW. Its less expensive then the PS3 and has more games. I would of purchased a PS3 by now but everytime I go to the store I see some more games I want to play on my 360. Guess if the PS3 would of came out first it might be the other way around. One console is enough imo. I can't find time to finish the games I have.
360 has a great games line-up (I'm dying to play Gears 2 & Halo 3), but the 360 is just so damn unreliable! Mine broke down 2 times within 2 months. That's unnacceptable! So I had to get rid of it, and my PS3 is still running strong.
