I agree but the game market has changed so much over the years with stuff like Nintendogs, Wii sports and other games that aren't very traditional but have in some cases found mass appeal.

I will be enjoying Halo 3, Mass Effect, PGR4, Bioshock, and COD4 all this year.

The multiplats will still be better on 360. Games like Bioshock you won't be playing, and COD4 will run better on 360 just as NCAA 08 will run double the framerate. Come back in late 2008 when maybe you have some games and programmers actually figure out how to optimize for cell.

This christmas, "the big three" can only all be played on the xbox 360. PS3 = owned.

Patience also shows that you shouldn't buy the majority of games because better ones will be coming. Halo 2 was worth buying in 2004 and one of the better FPS available but if you could wait until 2007 there were many better games to buy. The same is true of many games/genres.
