I haven't played many games but from what I played I would say Kid Icarus Uprising.
The only 3DS games I have and played are Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Pushmo, and Kid Icarus Uprising so it isn't that much of a choice for me because Kid Icarus Uprising is the best looking out of those 5 games.

United Statians doesn't sound right because of the elitist attitude that has surrounded our country for so long. If we were raised calling ourselves United Statians, I bet people wouldn't have a problem with it.

When you call someone "American", most of English-speaking people mean "residence of USA" not "residence of American continents" unless specified. Your logic is AWESOME. On topic, RE:R for sure...it sucks with the 3D on (AA goes to poop), but with 3D off it looks damn fine.
ive only played the demo of RE:R so i probably didnt see much of capcoms wizardry on the 3DS. the demo sure was impressive though. however my vote goes to icarus. very steady framerate overall with some very nice visuals (i love the flight stage for pirate ship) and lots of enemies on the screen throwing a crazy amounf of firepower at you on higher difficulty settings.

3D really does help with judging distances in KI:U, though. Very important when you want to get an idea of how close that projectile you're trying to dodge is. And between KI:U and the RE: Revelations demo, I definitely have to hand it to Kid Icarus: Uprising. The air battles have some very impressive landscapes, and it doesn't look too shabby during the on-foot segments, either.
