apparently not, if they give away free DLC on the PC all the time.

unfortunatly MS doesnt let them do that on the 360....so well...your out of luck.

Thats why Valve doesn't release things on XBL...MS won't let them release free stuff (like the new TF2 stuff)....gotta love Micro(transaction)soft
