The Witch doctor is basiclly an expanded version of the necromancer.

Based on history, I'd expect the last class to be some kind of physical ranged attacker. Archer of some kind seems likely.

I like all 4 of the revealed classes though.

Monk looks cool .. only class I don't like is Witch Doctornaval
