Thats a good question, cause as far as I know there is no cover system in this game, but yet most all screenshots show him taking cover behind things... wierd.

People that say this is bad are just dumb. They are very bad screens. They look more like scans more than anything. Pc games dont get downgraded. Its in alpha stages right now and it beats every game out there in visuals. Haters are just sad they wont get this game because it looks to be the best FPS ever made.

This and Bioschock are really the only games I want to play this year. TrueReligion_

both look like great games, but there are PLENTY more. Spore for computer, and large handfulls on PS3 and 360. gonna be a lot to play soon

Weak flame bait. And LOL at people saying this game looks similar to console games. The Crytek engine is going to be the best looking engine for the next 3 years on PC hardware. In 18 months there will be patches to upgrade it for even newer hardware which isnt invented yet. So just go back to playing your state of denial or just buy a PC.

I've really started to go crazy for Bioshock recently. Crysis looks amazing, but Bioshock looks frigging revolutionary.

NOOO, they delayed spore? WHYYYY, i want that game bad. bioshock does look good, and the PC version should be a lot better. Crysis should be amazing, physics like that help make great gameplay, i wanna shoot some jeep tires and make them flip :)

No one is going to take you seriously. No one in their right mind can say the game looks like crap. It looks better than rainbow six vegas and resistance and both those games look good. What does Crysis look like crap compared to? To a painting? To a fully rendered 3d still shot?

Well a 7800GTX will run it max on DX9 settings. I really dont know though. If you go to crysis-online.com theres a big forum about the hardware you need to run it. so go there.

Eh. Its alright i run most games at max except for like supreme commander and world in conflict. Im getting a new PC at the end of july when intel drops there prices on the quad cores. Then ill have a hole new rig besides mt 2Gb of RAM.

I agree this game is gonna be the must play of 2007 or whenever they release it.. Just don't rush it out the door, Crysis was so umm tasty goood.... What a cinderela story crysis was, some nobody developer just droops that wonderful game in our laps. Man the PC is still the goto "hardcore" for gamming... always has been, always will be.. Anyone who denies that statment is just a "casual" or worse a "gimper"...
