I didn't mean a remake.
I meant a new game in the franchise in 3D.
Edit: Thread title fixed for those people who might have been confused.
He didn't even hint at it but that would be great.Clank-PS-Snake
I'm hoping based on the fact that they experimented with 3D on this particular game in the past means they might be thinking about it for 3DS, and hopefully the article has at least reminded them of that.
I feel like I'm the only person who enjoyed Luigis Mansion quite a bit, I found it to be a lot of fun.Im_singleI thought it was kinda cool and I think a new version using the Wiimote pointer controls or a new version on 3DS would be awesome!
I feel like I'm the only person who enjoyed Luigis Mansion quite a bit, I found it to be a lot of fun.Im_singlewhy? I never played it, but Im sure your not the only one who likes it. And I dont mind remakes. I would love see OOT remake on the 3DS
I never understood why Luigi's Mansion was never released for the wii, actually. Metroid Prime-ish layout. Control the flashlight with the remote, move with the analog, etc etc etc.
Indeed. There's a couple of ways they could have done it but either way it seems like a great fit to me and I too am surprised they never tried it. The Wiimote is so perfectly suited to pointing the flashlight and wrangling the ghosts (as demonstrated rather well in Ghostbusters Wii)I never understood why Luigi's Mansion was never released for the wii, actually. I so want a 3D F-Zero you wouldn't believe it. However, I want it to be more like the N64 game than the GC one personally because I actually thought the tracks in GX were a little too over designed and confusing for their own good. Basically, just take the N64 game, add proper online races and leader-boards etc, and upgrade the graphics to current-gen 3DS standards. Sorted.3D F-Zero...Starfox...Do want.

I gotta agree, F-Zero GX was INSANELY hard on the later levels. But I loved it for that. =p3D F-Zero...Starfox...Do want.

No, thanks. One Luigi's Mansion was bad enough.
theuncharted34
pure blasphemy.
It's been 9 years since it came out and no sequel. Apparently, Nintendo's thinking has been similar to mine so far.
