They extended the warranty, but didn't fix the problem. I smell a lawsuit down the road. What if you play your 360 a few times a week and 3 1/2 years down the road it fails. Are you eligible for the warranty still? I would think so! I feel that it's not fair to the people that only play it seldom to get the shaft in the long run. I feel that any system that has been manufactured before the problem is corrected should have a lifetime warranty. It's not our fault we bought some junk hardware under the case and MS should be held accountable for this. MS needs to have a total recall and save themselves from a serious lawsuit, but we all know how greedy MS is so oh well.

Discuss.

You fail to realize that they were aware of the problem while in production which makes them accountable, sorry, but you need to read a little more on manufacturing laws.

they should recall the system and build them so they dont break . the only reason they make it longer was cus a short term fix for a long term problem . they might be doing what sony did making a system that breaks down alot so u will buy more then one. my ps2 busted 3 times my psp busted 2 times my ps1 busted once. but for ps1 it was my fault
