I thought the PS5 looked garish at first, but I get what Sony was doing with the design. It's both functional and like a modern sculpture.

Series X is beautiful when it's placed vertical. It's like a very small mini-ITX.

Actually, I'm going to rewrite this.

Thre three worst looking consoles since the 6th gen:

1: Original Xbox.

2. Original PS2.

3. PS5. Just too big to look nice.

I have my PS5 vertical and on the side. It looks like a non offensive white rectangle.

Xbox One wasn't a looker either.

It isn't, but I'm indifferent on it. It just looks like a set top box. It's not that offensive looking imo. Doesn't look good or bad. It can blend in with your other set top boxes.

I guess it's just my opinion. But I really didn't like it, looked chunky in the wrong areas to me. I thought the PSTwo was sweet though.
