That live in America but DON'T live in United States or Canada; sorry but the problem for the rest of the continent don't affect you guys. Ok, well, can you buy stuff in Xbox Live of the Wii online shop or not? I have tried buying some stuff in PSN but the network didn't allowed my visa to enter because it wasn't from the United States. Can you guys (if you live in Mexico, Guatemala, don't know, any other country of center and south America) use both shops or even, the PSN shop?
