A question to Wii owners

Most people here are under the impression that the wii is creating new gamers, but a few weeks ago I read a survey of wii games and only 6% of them actually never owned a console before....the rest were mostly ps2 owners with a few xbox and GC owners.

I am asking this question because I know that if the wii is truly taking away previous ps2 owner it pretty much spells defeat for the ps3...since its "100 million userbase who will upgrade to a ps3" has abandomed them for the wii, while the hardcore is at the xbox 360...and super brand loyalists are at the ps3

You're not going to get accurate results with this as we're on a gaming forum. Most PS2 owners were casuals, and they don't hang out here.Arsuz

you know I actually knew that...I just wanted to see what it was like on a gaming forum....thanks for noticing it out, I thought I was gonan be the only one to notice it.

I owned a ps2, but i have played both the xbox and gamecube.

No seriously though I had a Lamecube and a PS2

i had a GC and 2 PS2's (both of which died on me :() and, as always my lappy, which is now on its last legs (cracked screen also kinda makes gaming on it really hard)
