Oh yeah nothing against the 5 and 6 games, but yes if it reaches the 7s then yes I will more than likely buy it.

Since system wars is such a slave to gamespot's ratings listen to this: Gamespot says a game that scores 6.0, 6.5 is "fair", that means average. So according gamespot, 7.0 and above is above average!! Even gamespot says so!!! munu9

I agree, usually if the game had score under 8.5 on GS I just didn't played it.

But recently (around last year) GS score geting strange so now it's hard to say

Bravo. BRAVO. I could not agree more. With all this emphasis on AAA, games scoring in the 80% range are still great. If you ask me, this misconception comes from the whole flop system here in SW. When a game scores less than the hype, even being in the 8's, yeah technically by the rules it is a flop.

But the word itself carries so many negative connotations, it implies the idea that said game is a flop not just by score comparison, but in a more cursory sense of the word, as in "failure". Which is just so wrong.

that's system wars for you, in truth I think the AA games are often far better than AAA games. Mostly because AA games try something new and in doing so always get something wrong. Iit's all down to preference if those errors were good or bad.
