well....... it is possible depending on what thier parents started them out on.

I was born in 1982, and I started out on Atari even though that was before my time, but then moved on to Nes, SNES.... and so on.  ( although I was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas and we get alot of hand me down's cause its expensive as **** to buy brand new down there )  

So its possible. :P

I look at it this way. I started gaming on the NES. Even thought I played my parents Atari 2600 before then.

To me, starting out on a platform means you were there during it's original run and the peak of it's existence and you were old enough to sort of comprehend what was going on.

That's why I didn't 'start' with the Atari, 3 years olds don't really know what the deal is.
