Will we see classics like Ms Pac Man and other 3rd party software?I think Nintendo can JUST get the RARE games since the were PUBLISHED on the N64/SNES ect.
Will we see games made by Rare like Goldeneye, Banjo Kazooe, Conkers bad fur day, etc? Does rare own the license to those games?

Ms Pac Man is on Xbox Live and I know Rare's making a new Banjo Kazooie game for 360. I believe Rare owns the rights to Goldeneye, but MS owns Rare -- and someone else owns the James Bond rights so we'll likely never see a rerelease of that game.fartgorillaActivision owns the Rights to James Bond, therefore Nintendo will have to get the "A-OK" from them, not RARE
