Oh, I thought you were implying that Nintendo had already released a grown up console, and I was like, "where"?
And yet, those are some of the best games this gen. Hey, you have alternatives if you don't like it, but Nintendo certainly shouldn't change.SaltyMeatballs7.5 disagrees
na thanks for your feedback butt munchI think you need to grow up first before you start making these demands.

(and the GS score is one of many, look at the metacritic for a general overview). As for 'real gamers'....such a vague and stupid statement. "I play shooters so I play real games as opposed to colorful games!" No.
First of all, there is no such thing as a "grown-up" console. Secondly, Nintendo never made M-rated games. And I hope you don't want Mario to "grow-up".

What the hell.

Gown up console? I'm pretty sure Xbox and PS3, probably even PC, have colorful, silly games (LittleBigPlanet, anyone?).
And for the record, a grown up game doesn't have to have just guns and gore.
LOL ye4h i h8 how nin10do's gaems r not bout shooting dudes LOL! only gaems dat r bout shooting dudes r srs & matrue lmfao!!11 XD it s tyme they maed a gaem 4 matrue ppl dat like to shoot dudes =DDD!1111
I'll take the bait before this thread gets locked.
Blood + Guns =/= An Amazing game
What makes an amazing game is an experience that is polished, with well executed gameplay mechanics and overall fun.
Each system/platform has these games.
Nintendo in particular always releases a quality product with their MAIN titles. And these titles are usually some of, if not the best of every generation.
And contrary to System Wars belief, other people than the system wars members play video games. There has to be market for everything.
If playing Zelda or Mario makes me a kid, then so be it. I play video games to enjoy myself, not to be "cool".
There's a saying that it's mostly kids who insist on wanting "grown up stuff." Most real adults don't give a crap.

Oh yes, a single review totally makes the 9 and 10 reviews irrelevant as well as the Metacritic score of 94 which is higher then Uncharted 3 and Gears of War.
While I respect the opinion of a reviewer, I disagree with him about his review in regards to Skyward Sword.
But here's the thing, the game has gotten excellent reviews on other sources.
I would hardly call that a flop or a failure.

Dude, be careful.
Hmmm, you were really lacking this time TC...2/10, your argument has been rehashed more times than the Nintendo games you hate so much.
PC is the grown up console. :PAmazonTreeBoa
Indeed, it has much more adult oriented games than PS3 and 360 together...and i'm not talking about japanese "wierd" games, i'm talking about genuinely adult games.
[QUOTE="VERTIGO47"]Dude, be careful.foxhound_foxWhy?
Direct name calling, from what I've heard, isn't exactly tolerated here in SW.
PC is the grown up console. :PAmazonTreeBoa
Oh, c'mon. The PC can't be mature because it has this. Heck, I play it once in a while :
Son I'm more of a real gamer than you'll ever be and Nintendo makes games for everybody, even insecure teen/tweens.yes it certainly is and grown up games to as real gamers are starting to tire with them living in the past with there colourful games that are the same as they were 15 or 20 years ago

Direct name calling, from what I've heard, isn't exactly tolerated here in SW.VERTIGO47Actually, it is now. Check the sticky.
First the nostalgia arguements now this! Ninty games are suspose to be enjoy by all ages unlike what you believe Ninty haters. Open your minds and accept that fact. A grown up person can enjoy whatever they want and you can't control what they enjoy. So leave now before your arguement gets destroy by more people.
[QUOTE="mmmwksil"]na thanks for your feedback butt munch Oh man, this is whats going to happen in result of the forum rules change. Instead of logically arguing, people are just going to call names...I think you need to grow up first before you start making these demands.

Nintendo failed really hard this gen. I've completely lost faith in them now; they only care about casuals and kiddies with maybe 1 game a year for real gamers.

10 for SMG2 disagrees with you.
I always laugh when insecure gamers have the audacity tocall themselves "real gamers" just because they bash Nintendo for making so-called "kiddy" games (even though many of their IPs contain T rated games) and play M rated games.
"Real gamers" is a fake term insecure people label themselves as to mask their insecurity for not wanting to play E rated games just because they're colorful and don't have blood, cussing, and sex.
