This is why reviewing a game yourself will always be better than counting on a single source, or gamerankings/metacritic. This terrible and unfounded score will bring the average down and make the game seem like it is worse than it is. Resistance 2 owns!

both metacritic and gamerankings flopped resistance 2 :D and edge score isn't counted yet :D
According to all the AAA and AA scores on the good review sites and the amount of fun i've had with the game. I could care less about Edge's score. They're one of thee worst reviewers out there imo. This is Gamespot not Edge.

Resistance 2 sales numbers aren't out yet, are they. Due to Gears 2 it probably did flop in sales. Then again nobody hyped it as a system seller like that crap called LittleBigPlanet. Resistance 1 sold well on PS3, I expect the same for Resistance 2 in the long run.

same here,its EDGE >_> they gave SR2 an 5/10 ,anyways,what inR2 didnt they like? online is good,story needs more stuff tho,apart from that the game is pretty good ?_?
I know reviews are opinions, but aren't you supposed to put aside personal bias when reviewing? No non-biased person would even think about giving greats games like Fallout 3, COD: WaW and Resistance 2 such low scores.
I could care less for edge.. the way I see it Edge and Play magazine are the two worst reviewers.. PLAY is terrible because they give the most garbage games good scores, they gave Lair a 9. and Edge is no good because they give low ratings to great games.. Resistance 2 a 6 and MGS4 a 8.. so both are garbage if you ask me.. My big 3 and favorite reviewers of all time are Gamespot,IGN and Gametrailers.. those are the 3 most reliable and best reviewers in my opinion oh and all 3 of those reviewers Gamespot,IGN and Gametrailers all say Resistance 2 is a must buy AAA title, they are more credible then edge
it is a pretty abysmal game compared to the first, and i didn't even like the first.Â
they really downgraded visual assets to be able to include more players in co-op / online... on top of that the actual game and story just doesn't do it for me at all.Â
