ace combat 6 owns all ps3 games!!!!!!

i just played the demo, and it looks sooooooooooooooo real. heavanly sword , liar, killzone2 aint got nothin on it.SoUtHhOlLiZ

Just don't fly close to the ground, so your awe and wonder doesn't get shattered into a million pieces.

With that said, I'm sure as hell getting a game if I replay teh demo version 20+ times.

Wow, dude--its Ace Combat for crying out loud! Big freaking deal. I would rather play many last gen games over freaking Ace Combat. And who would want to play Ace Combat over any future 360 or PS3 game? I doubt anyone really would want to.

Conclusion: Ace Combat owns NOTHING!

Actually it may have made sense. I think what he means is that it looks cool (360 graphics) when you are flying high in the air--but when you dive down low the ground and buildings look hideous up close (atari graphics). Ace Combat is well known for that.

And this thread is one of the worse that I have seen. Find me one person that ACTUALLY would rather play Ace Combat than any game on PS3/360--let alone the awesome games that the TC mentioned.

Truth be told, that's one of the first demos i've ever played which left me wanting to immediately go out and buy the game. I guess that's what a demo is meant to do, eh? I mean there have been demos which made me say "yeah, i'll pick that up" but as soon as AC6 finished, i really wanted to play the next level. Immediately.

So yeah... it kicks ass. :P

You don't own a 360 or played it, the demo was garbage. Ace Combat is garbage and doesn't deserve more than a 7.5.

I loved it. :? Everyone i've spoken to loved it. The ground is much less detailed yes; but with all due respect you've got miles and miles and miles to just fly around in. I reach sixty five thousand feet, looked down and was amazed at how beautiful everything looked.

No, I haven't. I have played all of the previous iterations--and so far they have been a dime a dozen. And I hope you are not honestly saying that you would take AC6 over Halo3, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Killzone, Uncharted, HS, etc.

I am not really bashing it either. AC is a fun series--but it just does not stack up to many other games in terms of quality, fun factor, or longevity.

Demo is amazing, barely owns any PS3 games.

Maybe all the flight games released so far.

I should have said IMO Ace Combat was garbage, I was going to but I was too lazy. Anyway I haven't liked any Ace Combat, even Ace Combat 4 which was almost AAA. It just seems too repetitive. I decided to give the demo a try and it only made me want to stay as far away from Ace Combat as possible.

No, it was a boring Demo.

the graphics are great but the gameplay just plain sucks.

Kudos to you. If you liked it that much, then you should pick it up. The only demo to have the same effect on me that AC6 had on you was Motorstorm. I played that demo more than many complete games. I still love playing that game online. The gameplay and graphics are truly stunning in Motorstorm. I have never played a game that caused me to have so many laugh out loud moments as Motorstorm, and I have been playing for over 20 years.

So if AC6 made you feel like I felt with Motorstorm--by all means pick it up.

you'll soon figure out what he means as soon as you fly near the ground..just get ready to cry once you see the jaggiez galore! lol this is coming from an ace combat fan...i've had every ace combat game in existance including the psp version. ace combat looks nice in the air where not much is required to make it look good..but as soon as your near land... your eyes will bleed lol
