I guess they can't stand for people actually enjoying a game that they actually play. Wells that's fanboys for you..  Anyway how is everyone doing,  been gone for a month or two, what I miss in SW? :D

I don't know, as much as I agree with him. I'm tired of him feeling like he has a voice.

He's right though, just like he was right about the racism on Live. Never been a fanboy though, I'm lucky enough to own all 3, but of course I have opinions. So everyone is going to feel like Game A is better than Game B, and there will always be a difference of opinion. That's the way of the world.

he's from xplay on g4, heard of it?  Anyway I haven't watched the show in a while, did he review the game tales of symphonia on the wii? I'm planning on getting it.

I've owned every worthwhile console since the 2600 and Im not rich by any means. Gaming is actually a cheap form of entertainment. Start taking girls out to clubs and bars and see how fast your money goes :lol: Even if they split the cost you can still go broke pretty damn quick.

Pretty much anyone with a job. Im not saying spend 700$ at launch for a PS3 and one crappy game but in a few years with price drops and ebay theres not excuse not to own every console. Buying a console late in its lifecycle can be agreat experience because of the huge library. I bought a PS2 and GameCube in late 04 and spent a year churning through awsome game after awsome game.

Nah he's serious. I bought a Wii/360 at launch, then I picked up a PS3 after MGS4 came out. It's a lot of money, but my problem is time. Work takes too much of it :(

I'm certain that 99.9% of people who are fanboys online don't act or care the way they do offline. Nobody actually hates a piece of plastic with wires and chips inside. It's just for fun, it's just to pass to time, it's just to argue, it's just to be ridiculous.

I also find it very hypocritical when gaming media judges fanboys. Fanboys exist because of them. Fanboys exist because of their 8.4 vs 8.5 reviews, because of their video comparisons that make big deals out of nothing, because of their forums who have special places for fanboys to go argue... Go on sites that have a videogame section but aren't directly related to gaming itself and you'll see people arguing over games using GT, GS and IGN reviews.

Fanboys probably give the most traffic to gaming sites, fanboys probably make the most posts. Fanboys help gaming media stay in business. Because if everyone went "Oh well that's cool all those games are good and that's that" then gaming media would die because it can't survive on information and vids/pics alone. Just look at GS, Sytem Wars is what keeps GS alive.

I get that they have no rationality, you can't reason with them, I get it. I get that they post lies and talk out of their collective asses, I get it. I get it.
