Additional PSN Plus Freebies

Hopefully by now all PS3 owners have jumped on to the fixed PSN to download their two freebies. But as I'm sure you are aware, in addition to the two free games there is a free 30 day subscription to Playstation Plus to be taken advantage of. While any 'free' games you download through this service can only be played while you are signed up to Playstation Plus, that is 30 days (more than enough) to get your fill of a couple of different titles, maybe rack up some more trophies, before you fully get into your two selected Welcome Back Package free games.

The free games are sonic the hedge hog two and some odd ps1 game. I'm not going to bother playing those.

I got Sonic 2(meh) and Comet Crash(pretty good) there is also a ps one game i think it's abe odyssey

The selection of games absolutely sucks. LBP and Infamous I already own, plus they are ancient and already have sequels. Same goes for Quest for Booty, so i was left with a bad F-Zero clone and a crappy zombie game. Cheers Sony. RR360DD

Crappy zombie game? Meh one of the better top down zombie games there is. Zombie shooter 1 and 2 were my fav.

Sucks there is no PC version of it.

Aren't they the games for the new month? Plus Burnout Paradise. At least I got the impression they added the new without removing the old ones.

do you believe that XBL is more secure or that it simply has not been the focus of hackers... I do remember this same discussion before apple was popular. Microsoft was suffering HUGE numbers of hacks to its Windows program while Apple was not. The reason was that not many people focused on Apple at the time. BUT if the same people WANTED to they would have the same results with XBL.

All the free games (depending where you live)are on the store ATM. You have to go to the welcome back page and download game 1 activation... Then you can pick your fist game... Then you have to download game 2 activation and then you can pick your 2nd from the list.

doubt it, they would have all their servers up to date unlike Sony, they would have the passwords encrypted and not hashed like Sony, they are the best, and a platform is different than a network security achitecture. Microsoft is hated and a ton of hackers have tried, they are not to be messed with, unlike Sony who still has major network security flaws still to this day. They can only learn from the best, Microsoft has military grade network security, no joke, but sony is the joke to be honest.
