Agent no longer exclusive?

So, in this weeks GT TV:
Around the 8 minute mark.

- Geoff points out how Agent was not at the briefing and how they annoucned that last year exclusively for the PlayStation 3. "That's still coming?"
- Peter Dille tells him to talk to Rockstar about updates on their product.

Seemed like a straight forward question, what could be going on? Rockstar doesn't want it exclusive anymore? Or was the Sony guy just being an ass?

why does it have to be either? Just because its suppose to be exclusive doesnt mean sony can make them show up to e3. They are prob. just working on it and will let sony know when they have something they are ready to show. Sony will probably let Rockstar do what they please with thier game because im sure thats one company Sony wouldnt want to piss off.

i think its just the fact that Rockstar doesn't really unveil any info until they're close to release. look at red dead redemption. before Jan2010 i barley new anything about RDR even though we knew about for 3 years. it was in the 6 month leading up to the launch of RDR that most of the information was spilled and i'm betting it will be the same for agent

Well, it would make sense to talk to Rockstar on their product. Sony ISN'T making Agent, Rockstar is.

Yeah I doubt Sony would let a proven commercial-monster like GTA out of their clutches in exchange for an unproven and unknown new IP.Especially considering GTA would have given PS3 sales a HUGE boost if it had been PS3 exclusive.

Okay, we haven't even HEARD about Agent since what, 2007? Yeah we got a logo but that's nothing.

As far as I am concerned Agent doesn't even exist.

Until we actually see anything about this game...who cares?

Take-Two is publishing?

I highly doubt it'll stay exclusive if that's the case. unless Sony is throwing them a larger pile of money than MS had.

Knowing M$, they probably paid them lots of money for this like they did with GTA IV to have it come to the 360 also. Let's just wait and see.coolkid93
