Good to hear, I LOVED the game, and Remedy deserves it :)

D: B-b-but it sold 88k in 4 days! FLOP! :3 Srs bsns..good for Remedy. I've been hearing nothing but excellent things about AW. I plan on getting it in the next 2 weeks.killab2oo5
Nice to hear. I know a TON of friends who actually waited for me to get it before they bought it. So, hopefully more sales in the near future. I'd give it a solid 8.5. In fact, GS had a pretty accurate review.
Good to hear, the game is awesome!
LOL@ people sayin its done bad in sales, when this article proves otherwise.
Its also abrand new IP and got released on one of themostanticipated games in awhile... RED DEAD, which is by Rockstar. Has sold better then i expected so far!
I hate to point out the obvious, but 150k or whatever in the first week isn't much for a game with a 5 year development cycle..
Still hoping for a PC port. Game looks awesome.
So a game with a long dev time must sell a lot of copies in the first week? Well then GT5 should sell around 5M in the first week and Duke Nukem Forever...let's not even talk about how much pwnage it's gonna cause on the charts[QUOTE="urdead18"]So a game with a long dev time must sell a lot of copies in the first week? Either way, the only thing more sales mean to me is a higher likelihood of a sequel.

Not really. It depends on the games budget, not how long it took to develop.[QUOTE="urdead18"]I'm saying it's more important for a game with a longer dev time to sell more copies as opposed to a game that took 2 years to develop.[QUOTE="93soccer"] So a game with a long dev time must sell a lot of copies in the first week? Not really. It depends on the games budget, not how long it took to develop. Longer dev time almost always means higher budget. Anywho, I don't really care. The game looks great no matter it's sales. Ooo, let's go kill some vultures... Bought it on day 1, sold it the next day. I hated GTA4 but I thought I'd give R* another chance and boy was I dissapointed.[QUOTE="urdead18"][QUOTE="Anjunaddict"] Not really. They compile them on Neogaf now.We got data from an EU state other than the UK? Sweet. I hope the trend continues.

shinrabanshou, thank you, but how is this possible? Are you saying that we will finally be able to include the EU on a regular basis when it comes to sales and predictions and what not?
Also, GlitchSpot, my HTML is formed no differently than it normally is so how about you tell your webmaster to at least make an attempt at fixing this issue which has plagued you for so long. It's their bread and butter I believe. I am sick and tired of having to play around with my posts just so that I can quote somebody. A forum of this size belonging to a corporate giant has no excuse to be so buggy. Either fix the issue or use vBulletin software. It actually works, ya know?
If it doesnt have co-op or mp , games on the 360 just don't sell well nothing new.
chronocross668
lol, are you even reading the thread and statistics or u just came in to bash?

Check out my last trophy.
Presumably some of the gaf folks have access to these charts. But none of the charts ever come with numbers not even the UK chart.shinrabanshou, thank you, but how is this possible? Nintendo also compiled a pan-European top 30 chart for software for the first 15 weeks of the year. But again, no numbers.
